TELEPHONE NUMBER VERIFICATION :
In order to authenticate yourself, MyMedicalBox requires you to register a phone number, the one on which you will receive alerts when someone wants to access your information.
INFORM AN EMERGENCY CONTACT :
At the end of the registration process, you will be asked to inform one of your relatives. By agreeing to be your emergency contact (they will receive an email for this), they will appear on your public page and will be alerted by sms when someone accesses your emergency information.
YOUR QR CODE :
A free QR-Code is created and assigned to you. This is the gateway to your profile. Print it and place it in a prominent position to give access to your public page. To download it, simply go to your profile. Media can also be purchased in our shop.
HOW DO YOU USE A QR CODE?
On iPhone (iOS 11 and newer), just point your camera at it and a link will appear. On Android, a barcode reader is required (downloadable here for free).
VISIBILITY :
With MyMedicalBox, you are in control of your data: you choose the visibility of each of them.
PUBLIC:
Choose public visibility for any information that you feel is not confidential and that you would like to appear on your public page.
EMERGENCY :
Choose “emergency” visibility for information that can be seen even when you are unconscious but for which the rescuer will need to identify himself.
CONFIDENTIAL :
The data with this visibility will only be visible to you and the trusted persons you have added in the “Access” section.
AUTHORIZE ACCESS :
On your profile, you can choose to create temporary (24h) or permanent and revocable access at any time. The trusted persons you have designated in this way will have access to all the data you have shared.
ADD MORE EMERGENCY CONTACTS :
In your profile, you can add people who will be contacted in case of an emergency.
STORE YOUR HEALTH DATA :
With the “My Health” tab, you can manage all your health data: find your prescriptions, x-rays and medical reports simply and at any time.
SORT YOUR DATA BY EVENT :
Your medical data (prescription, report, assessments, …) appear in “My Health” classified by chronology. But if you wish to group them around a significant event (skiing accident, pregnancy, …) you just have to create an event. |
